Plans are produced by the architect and structural engineer we work alongside — we do not draw them in-house. Building control is managed with us at every stage of the job through to final sign-off. Planning applications are normally submitted by the customer, usually via the architect on the job.

Yes. DBD Builders Ltd carries £2,000,000 public liability cover and £10,000,000 employers' liability cover.

Who carries out the electrics, plumbing and gas work?

What happens if something goes wrong after the job is finished?

Tom stands behind the work. If an issue comes up after completion, he comes back and puts it right.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A deposit, stage payments through the build, and the balance on completion. Bank transfer is preferred.
